Customized Experience:

No cookie cutter hair services here! Customizing your experience is what we do. All humans are unique individuals. We value the beauty within everyone and realize customization is what our guests crave. Our professional recommendations will always be focused on the health and condition of your hair, skin and nails, for your perfect desired outcome.

Consultations:

Your visit will begin with a consultation with one of our Wish Professionals. We will discuss your lifestyle, your hair stories, what you love about your current look and what you wish to change or improve. While listening to your wishes, wants and needs we detail your experience specifically to you. We aim to exceed your expectations and equip you with “the how” to recreate your look at home with haircare you can trust for consistent results. We are here to serve you professionally in every aspect of your beauty regimen.

Exchanges:

Concerning purchases, we will gladly exchange an unused product that was purchased in our salon for another product within 30 days. Any promotional pricing will not be extended.

Pricing & Timing:

Accurate pricing and timing on all services, colour changes or colour corrections and texture alterations will be discussed with you during your visit. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits. Our professional approach will always begin with your best interests in mind.

Gratuities & Tipping:

The ‘Tippy’ app is one way to tip your stylist. It goes directly into their personal account. Yes, Tippy has a small fee. Should you wish to avoid the small fee cash is also acceptable. Leaving a gratuity is always appreciated by our professionals however we never want you to feel obligated to do so. Referring a new client is the greatest form of flattery. Late/Cancellations:

If you are running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still take you for your services scheduled. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We do require a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel. This gives us the ability to accommodate another guest from our wait list while maintaining our wish professionals busy schedule, which keeps them happy in a successful profession they love, ultimately serving you.

No Call/No Show:

A no call / no show guest can really put a damper on our day. We do make every effort to confirm 48-72 hours before your reservation should you need to change. Hey we get things happen, if you are a regular guest with good appointment standing, and this happens, we will grant you 1 pass. If you are a first time guest and this occurs you will be charged for full services missed with a deposit prior to any future appointments. If you are a regular guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments, prepayment will be requested for your future appointments. We appreciate your understanding how valuable time is for all of us, including you.

Guest Safety:

To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children’s cuts will be terminated if the child is not enjoying the service.

Cell Phones & Electronic Devices:

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in ‘Off’ mode.

Miscellaneous & Payments:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, personal checks and cash are all accepted methods of payment. $30 will be charged for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Studio Wish is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind.
