Customized Experience:

No cookie-cutter services here, customizing your experience is what we do. Every human is unique. We value the beauty within everyone and focus on the health of your hair, skin, and nails to achieve your best outcome.

Consultations:

Your visit begins with a consultation. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, your hair story, what you love about your look, and what you wish to change. While listening to your wishes, we tailor your experience specifically to you. We aim to exceed expectations and equip you with the how—guidance to recreate your look at home with products you can trust.

Exchanges:

We’ll gladly exchange any unused product purchased in our salon within 30 days. Promotional pricing will not be extended.

Pricing & Timing:

Accurate pricing and timing for all services, color changes, corrections, and texture services will be discussed during your visit. Some requests may take multiple visits.

Gratuities & Tipping:

The Tippy app allows you to tip directly into your stylist’s account (with a small fee). To avoid the fee, cash is also accepted. Gratuities are always appreciated but never required.

Late/Cancellations:

If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but services may need to be shortened or rescheduled. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel, so we can offer the spot to another guest.

No Call/No Show:

We confirm appointments 48–72 hours in advance. One courtesy pass is given to regular guests with good standing. First-time guests who no-show will be charged for the missed service and must pay a deposit for future bookings. Frequent offenders may be required to prepay.

Guest Safety:

For safety and focus, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. Children’s haircuts will be stopped if the child is not enjoying the service.

Cell Phones & Devices:

Please silence or turn off phones so all guests enjoy a relaxing experience. Two-way communication devices should also be turned off.

Miscellaneous & Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. A $30 fee applies to returned checks. Studio Wish is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
