Studio Wish was founded on education.

Rowena Yeager spent years as a passionate industry educator who was told again and again, “You should open a salon!” Eventually, she stopped doubting herself and made the leap.

At Wish, we never stop learning. We support each other, help each other, and grow together. We are not in competition with anyone but ourselves, always striving to get a little better every day.

We give back to the beauty industry we love by hiring team members straight out of school and providing a state-of-the-art training program that is a dream for ambitious stylists.

Education at Wish goes both ways. We love young talent, and we learn from them just as much as they learn from us.

We have a lot to teach, but if we do not understand where the person we are teaching is coming from, we miss out on the opportunity to truly connect.

Each stylist station is a stage, and everything you do as a stylist is in the spotlight. Our in-salon education prepares our team to shine on that stage at all times, like the stars they are.
